Master the basic techniques of surfing at a 1,5-hour surf lesson on Praia de Carcavelos in Lisbon. Get a safety briefing on arrival and put on the provided wetsuit to start your journey to becoming a confident surfer. Practice pushing yourself off the board and find your balance on the beach before taking to the water with your tutor. Learn in a small group of no more than 15 participants to get personalized attention from an instructor accredited by the Portuguese Surfing Federation. Face up to the challenge and try to ride the waves of the Atlantic Ocean as they rush in! Feel free to ask your instructor for tips, or revitalize on a shaded sun lounger before returning to the water.

Welcome to the most authentic surf experience around Lisbon. Don't worry about the water temperature in colder months, we have good wetsuits and surf all year round. We will meet at Carcavelos Beach and then we will have a safe and fun surf lesson divided into warm-ups, theory, and practice. Lessons include all the material and last around 2 hours total, if you're up for it. You'll have ample time to practice and get better wave after wave with our help and tips. I'd be delighted to share with you tips for our beautiful hometown of Cascais, considered the best area to surf near Lisbon and where the Surf started in Portugal. We only work with small groups, thus ensuring you get all the attention you need to learn and improve your surfing skills. Meet with your professional instructor at the surf school in Carcavelos. Get equipped with your surfing gear, including a wetsuit and board. From here, travel to the beach of Carcavelos or Guincho beach, depending on the most favorable weather conditions on the day. Enjoy a surfing lesson and learn the basics of surfing. Experience the beautiful coast of Lisbon and see its historic coastal castles by kayak. Learn the basics of paddling and other techniques to make your experience as fun as possible. Paddle from Oeiras Harbor in the western part of the metropolitan area and see some of the most famous beaches, such as Praia de Carcavelos. Drop anchor, enjoy the sun and swim in the clear blue seas. Another suggestion is to sail along Cascais Coast up to Lisbon and visit one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. From the sailing boat, you will have the opportunity to see Lisbon´s most famous monuments and views.

Come and enjoy the magnificent panorama of the city of Lisbon and its most emblematic monuments and buildings - Belém Tower, Discoveries Monument, Electricity Museum, Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology - MAAT, 25 de Abril Bridge, Terreiro do Paço, Sé of Lisbon, São Jorge Castle and the National Pantheon, among others. On the south bank of the Tagus River, you will pass through Cacilhas and go along the left bank to the 25 th April Bridge over the river, where you will see the Cristo-Rei, as well as the old buildings on that bank. In this case, we propose a day tour for up to 8 people lasting 2, 4 or 6 hours. You will be able to discover new landscapes and unique perspectives from the river, enjoy the beauty of the city of Lisbon on a relaxing and relaxed tour and live an unforgettable experience. You can sail on Tagus River in places you don't know and, if you wish, you can go for a swim, anchoring near the beach at Carcavelos or Cascais, then returning back to Belém. Have an expert assess your surfing level on shore to see if you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced surfer. Set targets according to the surfer's levels and the conditions of the sea/surf. Practice some technical and specific work according to the group or surfer's level on the sand. Work on the acquisition of skills and the necessary technique to progress in different levels. Get expert instruction from high-quality coaches that know how to work according to the characteristics of the beach, the surf, and the safety rules. Experience a 2 hours Surf lesson in the amazing Sintra beaches. An Experienced Coach will manage a small group with a maximum 5 surfers, each surfer will be included in a group formed according to ages and levels, to make sure all the group evolutes in the same context. All the equipment will also be adapted to your level in order to turn the experience as easier and fun as possible. The beach and time of the lesson can also be adapted to each group, to make sure you can take the best profit of each lesson in a safe un fun experience. If we need to move to a different beach we will take in our van with no extra cost. We are locals from Sintra beaches Praia Grande and Praia das Maçãs, but we are also licenced to Carcavelos and Costa da Caparica. This way we can always have good conditions to all surfers.

Surf lessons are taught along the Cascais line of beaches (Torre, Carcavelos, Guincho and Praia Grande), meeting the best conditions and in accordance with the level of each student. All lessons are accompanied by teachers accredited by the Portuguese Surfing Federation and have a duration of 2 hours consisting of a theoretical part, general and specific warm-up, main part (surf) and stretches. Lessons include all materials (wetsuit, surfboard and leash) as well as personal accident insurance.
