Capri was beautiful! We were told that the tide was too high to enter the Blue Grotto and no refund was available even though the tour was an hour instead of two. We did however see people using the row boats to go in to the Blue Grotto when we got to that side of the island. I feel a better explanation was needed. The tour through the Arch of Love was nice, however.

Tour was excellent - The Grotto was packed when we got there, so they let us use our voucher to come back and instead of waiting two hours, it only took 30 minutes to see the grotto. Our driver was amazing, he got us within inches of the Green grotto and the back of the boat was able to touch it! Great tour guide, as well, he understood what we wanted to see and how!

Booked this to do the Capri Islands and Blue Grottos tour but on the day when we arrived to Capri we were told we wouldn't do the Blue Grottos because of the weather, this can't be helped but would have liked to have been told the Blue Grottos were closed before we made the trip to Capri as we would have liked to possible change the day to a nicer day. Still enjoyed going around the island, however there was limited seating at the back of the boat which was open so got a better view, so we had to sit inside until space became available. The guide was good, however a little hard to understand.
