What People Are Saying About Cape Town
Fantastic experience, amazing views, great route for hike and our guide was fantastic very knowledgeable of Cape Town, local culture and history!
Jacob and Patrick were completely engaged in the experience from beginning to end offering knowledge and encouragement to all!
Lauren is a truly fabulous guide. her knowledge and unrestrained passion and enthusiasm for hiking and wildlife is infectious and really adds to the enjoyment of the hike up table mountain. I learnt so much in just a few hours of hiking about the history, wildlife and plants of cape town and table mountain. Starting in the Kirstenbosch National gardens was a highlight too as she showed us all the things off the beaten track. She also made sure we drank lots of water and was really happy to take plenty of photos so i could remember the experience. I will be hiking with her again on my next trip to cape town. Loved it!!!!
I ended up with a personal guide up Table Mountain, over pipe pass, up & down three gorges and up to the summit. Lynette was brilliant, she set a good pace which I quickly fell into, we chatted easily the whole way up & down. I had a wonderful morning & still feel pretty smug to walk 13km up to 1,067m! Not bad I think. I can highly recommend Lynette.
Lauren was my guide on the India Venster route to the top of table mountain. She is very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna and was great fun to hike with. The hike itself is very much doable for most people and offers some great photo moments on your way to the top, both on the sea and land side of the mountain. I can very much recommend this hike!
