We wanted to clarify about the pickup and have reached out to the team for assistance. Their response was swift and helpful. No problem encountered with the pick up as they arrive on time. We were given the itinerary upon reaching the destination. Everything was clear and on time. We really appreciate the overall experience and will recommend to others to visit Aquila Game Reserve!

Basically, too much time wasted after the arrival of the first day! Pick up around 9am and arrival at Safari around 11:30 am. Right to lunch from 12pm but the 1st excursion only starts at 16:30 !!!!! After dinner (to emphasize the meals without extra costs, minus the drink) More than enough time to do some activity. 2nd day starts very early, breakfast and 2 excursion to see some of the animals that we have not seen on the 1st day, unfortunately of the Big 5 the African Buffalo was missing. After the tour that ends around 8am, breakfast is included and we are required to check out at 10:30 am but we only have transport to return to Cape Town at 12:30 pm. Incomprehensible gaps between hours without having something to do. It has a swimming pool but it is not enough. (to highlight the excellent food available) too many tourists, despite having liked the lions, in that space they cannot be trapped, away from other animals, because they are fat and have to be free.
