Morning was very rushed and most of the sights were only able to see from the car as we drove past. Even when we stopped we only have a few minutes to have a look around. The afternoon was more relaxed as most of the people on the tour were only doing half day. Due to time restrictions we didn't get to do the cellar tour but the wine tasting was a good chance to sample some local wines. Chris, our guide, was very informative and knew a lot about the region. It was a shame we didn't get more time at each location or more time with Chris to learn about the west cape.

It was a pleasent tour, with our guide, it was awesom

It was a nice trip, but the first part was not in german as ordered. Caused by other guest, which only joind for a half day, we hat to be confortable with an english speaking tour. The wine tasting was in german an it was good. Besides the language issue, I can really recommend this tour.

I would never do that again!

I had booked this day trip to be able to see and experience all the highlights in peace. The cheese and wine tasting was only incidental for me. However, one was only rushed from A to B! Some of the bus windows were so small that you could hardly see out if you were sitting on the wrong side. You only drove through some places, although the description said that you "visited" them, at all other stops you only had a few minutes. At Boulders Beach you had to pay 76 Rand entry and then only had 15 minutes! But half the day was spent on the wine tasting! It was positive that our guide drove down to the cape. Normally this would not have been included - but it is not clear from the description either! And that's what everyone wants to see! Next time I would rather do such an excursion on my own than book it through a provider. I was immensely disappointed! Never again!
