We will follow the footsteps of the Bushmen, on this prehistoric trail through the spectacular Table Mountain National Park.
On the second day we will cross Constantiaberg before descending towards Hout Bay. At the Silvermine tented camp a leading astronomer will talk to you about the Southern Skies. The day will end with a gourmet dinner.

We will hike along the beach to Slangkop tented camp while our Maritime historian tells us fascinating stories about the Cape of Good Hope.
After a delicious breakfast in Simon's Town, we will kayak past the Naval Harbour and out to Boulder's Beach. After visiting a penguin colony, we will stop at a lovely semi-private beach for refreshments, swimming and snorkeling.
We will gather in Kalk Bay for fresh fish and salad, white wine, and dessert before cycling to Chapman's Peak.
We will spend a relaxing night at the five star guest lodge Tintswalo Atlantic.

In the evening we check into the Devon Valley Hotel, hidden away in a lush and peaceful corner of the Winelands.
After a spectacular buffet breakfast we leave for Franschhoek (French Corner). The valley was originally settled in 1688 by French Huguenots, many of whom were given land by the Dutch government.

We will Cycle down the Franschhoek Pass, taking in sweeping views of the entire valley before sampling a selection of sumptuous wines.

Rock art sites date back more than 3500 years and depict the spiritual beliefs and lives of these fascinating people. San people would congregate around a communal fire, weaving stories and celebrating the gift of life.
