The scenery was stunning and learning about the history of different towns was so interesting. The staff was very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Staff was good about keeping us informed every step of the way. It would be good to monitor the bathroom. It ran out of both toilet paper and hand towels. As a person who has hearing impairment, it would be good to have special audio and/or noise cancelling earphones. A large and noisy family boarded and was very disturbing to both the workers and the passengers. It made it hard to hear the history or to enjoy that part of the ride. It would be good to know the situation at Zermatt- that it is pedestrian only and one has to plan in time to park.

A unique travel experience, in a wonderful setting, made of beautiful and unique landscapes. The service could be further improved, adding, if possible, a few more carriages to allow everyone to admire the landscape while remaining comfortably seated. It is still a unique experience. I highly recommend doing it.

The train is wonderful, a unique experience. Only on the way back do you see nothing, and the lights inside the train are on. And there is no check whatsoever between the train staff, who is in first class or second class. In other words, they fill up the first class.

The experience of traveling through the snowy mountains is unmatched. The negative side is paying such an expensive ticket without the right to a seat. I think you should be advised to be on the platform well in advance.

It was magic . Switzerland is something else in the world .
