We had no idea what to expect when booking a jeep tour with Colorado Jeep Tours, nor did we know how much we would absolutely love it! Our guide, Coach, was so personable and full of knowledge. Being on the older side, we were concerned that it might be a little rough for us, but there was very little actual 4-wheeling, but instead spent most of the time on dirt roads and some paved. We loved going over the Gorge bridge in the Jeep and spotting a bit of wildlife along the ride. It would seem that this particular Jeep tour company had exclusive access to certain roads and the bridge itself. By far, this was the best thing we did over the weekend and that includes the train, RG park and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. We would do this tour again in a second!

We really enjoyed this Jeep tour of Canon City and the off-road experience we had with DeDe. It was obvious that she had great knowledge of the area and geological features we were introduced to through out the ride. She was an excellent driver and knew how to maneuver the rough terrain up to some of the highest viewpoints in the park. We loved this experience and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get that off-road adventure to places not accessible by car.

The Gold Belt jeep tour was wonderful! Many beautiful views, especially of the aspen trees turning yellow. Russ, our guide, was friendly & very knowledgeable about the area. The lunch in Victor was delicious & we enjoyed seeing the town. We also enjoyed the stop at Cripple Creek visitor center. The ride was fun & we were glad Russ was driving so we could enjoy the magnificent scenery! Highly recommend this trip!

Leyland was personable and understood the needs of my young children and didn’t make them feel like they were any less of importance on the trip. The crew recommended a trip that was just right for our abilities. We had a GREAT day on the river!

We loved the information about the high desert and the suspension bridge. The skyline Rd was scary for sure but Mike kept us on the road. Mike had a wealth of information about the surrounding area.
