Craft your own unique fragrance at our Molinard workshops in the city of your choice. In Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, five generations have toiled to generate the abundance of perfumery we have to offer. Created in 1849, Maison Molinard is recognized by the Living Heritage Company for its ancestral know-how. You can feel their richness in knowledge as a Molinard expert guides you through deciphering your desired scents and helps you compose the perfect olfactory combination. CONCEPT Make your own personalized fragrance from a selection of our raw materials and learn expert perfumery techniques. PRACTICE • Scenting session and selection of your essences • Creation of your top note, heart note, and base note • Formulation of the olfactory pyramid • Application

My husband and I booked this workshop during a stop over from our cruise ship. It is located in a cute corner perfume shop in a nice area with other designer stores and was easy to locate from the harbor. It was an excellent experience and we had a wonderfully knowledgable guide named Chantel to help us design the perfumes. We were very happy with the finished product!

Was so lovely to sit down and have the process of how perfume is layered explained to us. Then, smelling each note and going through them all to see which ones we connect with. Then we tested the scent combination and adjusted as needed till we found the combination we liked the best. A quintessential French activity and it was an absolutely lovely thing to do in an afternoon.

Great experience for our two teenagers who are into perfume. The host was knowledgeable and very friendly. The only drawback was that she was alone in the Cannes location so the perfume making station was on the main floor by the reception desk. It didn’t bother our teenagers but would have added to the experience to have been on second floor. Still a great experience and a highlight during our vacation on the Riviera. I highly recommend the experience!
