The overall experience was great. When I landed in Cancun - the company representative had my name typed on a paper - took my bags and walked me to my luxury car where the driver Jose Luis was so accommodating and had two bottles of water for me for the trip that was so needed. Along the way he stopped so I can grab a bite to eat. The whole experience was well received and I will book using this service again. I highly recommend using this service.

Would book this service again hands down! We were a little nervous about the trek over to Holbox after not traveling at all this past year, but having a personal driver made it so much easier and safer. Seamless experience and really nice vehicle, we felt pretty luxurious having our own Mercedes— far better than booking one of those huge shuttles for basically the same price. Someone was waiting for us with a sign with my name at the airport as well as at the ferry stop on the return. Drivers were very friendly and we felt extremely taken care of. (Pro tip: pick up some arrival beers at one of the carts outside the airport for the drive :) ) Highly recommend this service to anyone! After a bit of an extended "discussion" about revising pick up time at the ferry dock (11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m). the drive from Chiquila (ferry pick-up port) to Cancun airport was smooth, comfortable, and we arrived with plenty of time for our 3:40 p.m. flight to Chicago. A discomforting moment, however, was when we existed the ferry pier, and no one was waiting with a sign (indicating our name/agency name) amidst many random taxi drivers. After searching for our driver, I finally located him standing behind a range of parked cars looking at his cell phone. Our name and reservation was in his phone; he was quite accommodating once I found him, but it was nerve-wracking for the 5-10 minutes searching, to feel as if no-one had arrived for our transfer. Central company representatives provided excellent follow up to our request for a 1/2 hour shift in pick-up time. The local representatives never responded directly. Drive was excellent; communication before could have been clearer.
