We booked a 4 hours trip and paid for that. And have actually search a long time to find that. Due to my wife is disabled and cannot be out more hours than that. But after departing with the catamaran. We were suddenly told it was a 7 hours trip. And no one from the agency wanted to acknowledge the hey made s mistake. And we had to pay for ferry home and taxi our self in the middle of the day. And only one paid attention was the guide on the tour. He arranged our trip to the ferry terminal. Really really bad customer service from the agency. And I will not recommend them to anyone.

This was a great trip, host Eric was great fun and made sure we were all entertained. Feels a bit pressured when you get to the island with lots of people trying to sell things plus there were no drinks included when we were on the second part of the trip (2hrs on Isla). Only feedback was the time said 4hrs, we left at 09:10 (picked up at hotel) and was dropped off at 18:10. A little more than the stated time.
