Overall trip was good. Had to walk to the roadside (10 minutes from hotel) to be picked up by a van that dropped me off at another location, where the bus picked me up. Drive was long but comfortable. Previous person's drink was left by the seat (not removed). I took the Lux package, which included unlimited drinks on the bus, drinks at the 2 stops and one juice during lunch. The guide spoke in both spanish and english to the mixed group of people. He explained well. He asks people at the end of the trip to give 20 dollars tip (for the driver and person serving the drinks) for the service provided, so keep some cash if you would like to tip. It was a long return trip (about 14 hours duration), to see the church, Mayan Shaman perform a ritual, obsidian products for sale, swim or take a boat ride in the cenote, have lunch, see the Mayan temple, ruins, archaeological site, sacrificial cenote at Chichen Itza.

From the start to the end. A well-organized team. We were collected on time. Our tour guide is a good storyteller, and he knows a lot about the Mayan culture. Chichen Itza exceeded our expectations, we took plenty of pictures. Food and drinks well served and attended. The Cenote was amazing. Overall, a long trip, but it is worth every minute! Highly recommended!

Firstly I wasn't happy that they arranged the pick up time for 6am. We waited for an hour outside thinking we have missed our coach. Because being early morning it was very windy and cold. So I was extremely ill the following day. The tour company need to let you know the proper pick up times. especially when you book through get me guide. The tour itself was fantastic and the tour guide was brilliant. We went all inclusive which was brilliant although the drinks weren't that expensive to buy on the coach. We had a sandwich for breakfast which was included in the package. The only thing is that the lunch was soon as we got into Mayan village around 10.30am it was far to early considering we just had a sandwich. overall the tour was brilliant and everything went smoothly thoroughly recommend.😁 Jenifer was brilliant and Hector was brilliant and the driver. Definitely book with these guys!!!!!!
