It was very easy for someone who didn’t speak Spanish. The airport employees helped us get to the correct terminal. Once we found the welcome bar we waited until the shuttle arrived. It looks exactly how the bus is on the photo. The trip was safe. We had to ask to use the bathroom once, but we got to our ferry on time. I would use this service again.

Shared Shuttle From Cancun Airport to Chiquila Ferry dock Everyday Departures four departure times from terminal 2 Domestic to Chiquila Ferry Dock to Take the Ferry to Isla Holbox. Let us take care of the transportation to Holbox Our meeting point in Cancun airport is terminal 2 domestic in front of the welcome bar this is our only pickup place for shared services. we have four departure time everyday 10:15, 13:00, 15:45 and 18:00 the price of the transportation is only to the ferry, ferry tickets are not included the price you can get your ferry tickets once you get in Chiquila. On Shared Service we are not able to take Pets since there are some people who is allergic to animals if you are traveling with pets we suggest you to book a private service.

Great customer service with great communication. The Cancun airport can be a madhouse so in my opinion it's important to have your transportation figured out ahead of time. If you are heading to Holbox island, this is the company to use.
