What People Are Saying About Cancún

An American going to Chichen Itza, worked for me.

It worked out fine for me. I would recommend calling ahead of time just in case as I was not given the exact meeting point or info/confirmation that I was going to be picked up. They do however ask you questions pertaining to where you are located (which hotel you are staying at). For me they picked up my group at the hotel I was staying at. I would say call ahead of time. The kind employee, I think her name was Viktoriya, was kind enough to help me connect with my tour programmer in an email regarding the time and info regarding the tour and shortly thereafter the tour agency responded. To be honest I was sketched out at first by all those negative comments but it worked out for me. The only thing I would say is call ahead of time and in case email them as the ticket did not include a meeting point or info regarding pick up. I think you need to call them for that either way.

Really good tour... Marco is the best and most knowledgable guide

We started really early and were at the site by 9 am just after it opened. We were one of the first to reach the site and it was much less crowded . The best part about our tour was our guide Marco who is a qualified archielogist . He gave us detailed insight about various temples at the site amd entertained us with trivia on the way to the site as well. We had enough free time after the 2 hour guided tour to take pictures and explore on our own... highly recommended

Chichen Itza Full-Day Guided Tour from Cancun Reviewed by Nihit, 12/09/2016

Such a great experience that I would recommend to anyone!

Our tour guide was Eli who was fabulous. She was funny, spoke English, and she was patient with us Americans. All of the activities were fun and it was a great way to experience several places and things if you don't have a lot of time in Cancun. They picked us up from our hotel and dropped us back off at the end of the day. The cenote was definitely my favorite part. So beautiful! Tulum was gorgeous as well. They served us lunch after visiting Tulum and it was good. Chicken, tortillas, beans, rice and a salad bar type stand with guacamole, lettuce, etc. All in all, it was a great experience and this company has this tour down. Thank you!

Great way to learn more about ancient Mayan life

The tour guide picks you up early but it's worth it. You probably get there as one of the first groups. Our tour guide gave us plenty information about the purpose and history of Tulum. Everything was organized flawlessly. Please note that you should stick to the announced schedule because it could happen that the group has to leave you behind. One more thing to be aware of: The beach might be closed due to weather and water conditions. The advertisement part was a bit too obvious. Overall good experience. Highly recommend.

Overall a good tour. The food should be more traditional Mexican or left out and the tour cheaper
