Excellent experience, the are so many zip line , all are 14 …7 more soft and 7 more hard, we did everything ! the most low is 15 mt the higher is 80-90 mt and long as 500 mt …so exacting to do this ….. the kitchen it’s open from 11 to 17 and everything it’s fresh and good …wonderful place ! Xplor was really fun. We went with our two kids (7&9), we all had a great time. Definitely come already in your swim suits & water shoes. They have some for purchase at check in if you didn’t bring any. You need to leave everything in the lockers, not even a fanny pack is allowed on the ziplines, but your phone in a wet case is ok. Buffet lunch was really good. We did all the activities in about 4-5 hours during low season. Taxi to/from Playa del Carmen about $30 each way. Had to drag the kids out of there at closing. Will definitely be back, really fun.

We had a great time at Xplor with our 8 & 10 year old. The zip lines were brilliant, some a little scary for the children but most we were able to to as a pair (1 adult& child or the 2 children together). We weren’t keen on the newest activity (underground expedition) as we found it was quite dangerous, very uneven ground under the water, dark and difficult to see. I think we all came out of this with scrapes & stubbed feet! We were lucky we had our phones on us so we could use the torch to help us see where we were going, not sure how they get away with the safety of this activity. We loved the hammock zip lines too, just make sure you list to the landing instructions. The 4x4 vehicles were one of our favourites, they were so fun! Water shoes are a must. We didn’t pay for transport to/from the hotel so relied on a taxi. There are buses out on the main road (white minibuses) but harder to spot &flag down than we realised.
