It was fantastic! I am a first-timer with a fear of wearing tight objects around my head and neck area. They did a great job helping me to overcome my fear and get my bottom in the water! I never used any snorkeling or diving equipment before. I did well until I swallowed a bunch of sea water as I forgot to empty the snorkel. The team got me in the boat and I unfortunately threw up overboard but they were completely cool about it and extremely helpful and friendly. They are a group of very professional and knowledgeable guys! Regardless of my own issues, I learned a lot and had a great time. I will definitely go back!
Great experience from GYG Tenerife again. Me and my daughter were looked after really well and helped safely onto and off the boat. The journey out to the snorkeling site was fun, and everything explained clearly once we arrived. We are competent in the water so we were allowed to get on with what we wanted to do. We didn't see any turtles this time, but we saw a dolphin, loads of different fish and a ray! On our return we had lovely hot showers too. Highly recommended
Excellent experience and everyone helped assist me on and off boat and made sure my wheelchair was safe, loved the snorkeling and the feeling of freedom in the water, unfortunately didn't see any turtles but will be back again for another trip and will be doing the diving experience aswell highly recommended, lovely instructors who make sure all needs met and super friendly and polite
Great trip and amazing to swim along with the turtles!
Nice guides, small group (max 10 people per boat), fun trip with the speedboat (some people became a little bit seesick), and amazing snorkling experience with good sight even though it was cloudy: have seen several different turtles (and was able to stay close to them), two rays, and multiple parrotfish. It was an amazing experience!
the tour contained snacks&drink, but there is no time or place where you can eat or drink. They said they have muffins at the speedboat, but there is no chance to eat or drink in the boat, or the trip. So if you choose this trip, bring some water with you. All in all it was a nice trip, we saw turtles, and everything was fine.
