First of all the prince of the trip was incredibly good considering all the facilities! I have traveled lots of time and used this kind of boat trips all over the world and i never found such an amazing combination of great people (staff) facilities on board and of course natural beauties. More exactly: the trip takes 5h you start by sailing to a place where you’ll find dolphins and whales, there you can take photos and admire them. Afterwards they take you towards the los gigantes and stop the boat 20m away from one of the beaches down to los gigantes. This is where you can take a swim, jump from the boat. Meanwhile they serve you with any kind of drinks for free and unlimited. Additionally they serve you with a homemade paella which was delicious. All the time the staff is giving explanations about the places you see. They are incredibly friendly, kind, helpful. Nothing not to love about them. Also the boat is cool it has a net on which you can sit with water underneath.

It was fantastic! I am a first-timer with a fear of wearing tight objects around my head and neck area. They did a great job helping me to overcome my fear and get my bottom in the water! I never used any snorkeling or diving equipment before. I did well until I swallowed a bunch of sea water as I forgot to empty the snorkel. The team got me in the boat and I unfortunately threw up overboard but they were completely cool about it and extremely helpful and friendly. They are a group of very professional and knowledgeable guys! Regardless of my own issues, I learned a lot and had a great time. I will definitely go back!

We had the most enjoyable day with Fabio who was the skipper and Mandy the driver that picks us up from the hotel. We settle down and they show us our room and where to store our bags. We each taking it turn to do a little job on the yacht and making it educational for us to learn how a yacht operate. Fabio gave us instruction what to do. My sister was skipper and guiding the way out of the harbour. We had a fabulous day and it was great. Lunch was a small portion but unlimited drinks. We stopped and anchor and then swam in the sea.

Great experience from GYG Tenerife again. Me and my daughter were looked after really well and helped safely onto and off the boat. The journey out to the snorkeling site was fun, and everything explained clearly once we arrived. We are competent in the water so we were allowed to get on with what we wanted to do. We didn't see any turtles this time, but we saw a dolphin, loads of different fish and a ray! On our return we had lovely hot showers too. Highly recommended

Fun time snorkeling and seeing down into the sea and lots of fish. We didn't see a turtle but we knew it wasn't a guarantee. Guides were nice but not very attentive. Enjoyed to be able to swim on our own but if we had run into troubles it may have been a different story.
