A very enjoyable experience with a good overview of Ottawa. The only disappointing thing was passing by the RCMP stables with no sign of any kind of activity of either the human or equine variety so I am not sure why it was included unless it just happened to be part of the route. Otherwise it was a great tour. Our guide, Pierre, was excellent - very informative and entertaining. And the bus driver, another Pierre, was very skillful.

Our Rideau Canal cruise was pleasant and enjoyable, and we were happy we went. The guide's tone was casual and comfortable. I would like to have learned even more about the sights and the city from our guide. In hearing her speak with people during the return stretch, it was clear she was knowledgeable and experienced.

It's very practical if you don't know your way around a city. We had two guides, the lady of which gave us a lot more information. Unfortunately, the audio system is very outdated, so we hardly understood anything on the first trip. Nevertheless, it's a recommendation for a first visit.

We were entertaining cousins from Great Britain and this was the very best way to allow them to 'feel' Ottawa! They loved the freedom to take time to enjoy the many experience offered and we just know they will be recommending this venue to others as we have. Thanks Jean
