The trip was overall very nice and smooth. All of the guides we met seemed lovely and especially our groups guide Fernando was awesome, funny, caring and very knowledgeable. We could've spent the whole day listening to him! During the hike we stopped every once in a while (which was welcome in the heat) and this was when we were told some things about the trails history and other related stuff. We felt like there was a good balance between story times and quiet times where you could take in and enjoy the scenery. The hike itself isn't that physically demanding but in the end there are quite a few stairs and some uphill climb so be prepared. It is very important to have the proper clothes and shoes as well as enough water. You do get a water bottle right before the hike but you need to bring your own water as well! All in all, we really enjoyed our trip and would recommend it to anyone who is not afraid of heights!
Thanks JJ for a great experience. You were a great guide.
