If you arrive by car, arrive at the Visitor Centre car park indicated at the meeting point on your voucher at least 1 hour before the start of your visit. Park and take the shuttle bus to the entrance (last stop), which costs €2.50, not included in your entrance ticket. If you arrive by public transport, you must also take this shuttle bus and go to the last stop to enter. Meet your guide at the northern access of the Caminito, at the ticket office. After check-in, get the necessary security items (helmets), and you'll be explained the use of radio guides and headphones so that you don't miss out on an explanation along the way. The site has been added to the list of Places of Community Importance in the Mediterranean Biogeographic Region. Prepare for a day of adventure as you walk the Caminito del Rey along the walls of the El Chorro gorge in Málaga. Follow a guide on a safe trail leading to the footbridge that runs through the Desfiladero de Los Gaitanes. Begin your day with a pickup from one of the spots in Fuengirola, Benalmadena or Torremolinos and travel 45 minutes from Málaga pick up to Ardales. You will make a short stop of 30 minutes in Ardales, a white village, so you can purchase breakfast in a this local area before to start the activity. Return to the bus and continue until you reach the northern access point of the Caminito del Rey. Once the group is on board the bus, return from el Chorro to Málaga during 1hour and to Costa del Sol to be dropped off at your pickup point.
