Had a fantastic time having a tour of the University of Cambridge. It was a pleasure seeing all the wonderful colleges and areas of great historical importance. A Massive shout out to Becky who was an incredible tour guide who was very knowledgeable and also shared her student experiences with us.

June (our guide) was easy to find in front of King's College and after a quick intro was off to tell us lots of great facts, stories, conspiracies and interesting information that only a student who actually studies at Cambridge could know. He was a natural and hit the perfect tone, not patronising, adapting to questions from adults and children and was incredibly fact, all the blue shifted staff were amazing. No question too small and despite the amount of groups we bumped in to, we never felt rushed or crowded.

Our guide, Francesco took our tour, an Italian post graduate student, who knowledge of the various colleges was both comprehensive and entertaining. I’ve given the tour 4 stars only because the walking tour only looks at colleges from the outside, the inside of colleges is not visited. If you wish to go inside the college grounds or buildings you need another ticket. However the tour was enjoyable, informative and provided an overview of the historic area of the city
