We had a delay in traffic getting to the location - the marathon and huge traffic. I was with my elderly Nana, and called the number and got no answer. About 5 mins later they called me back and we managed to get booked for a tour 30 minutes later. We arrived, and then were told we would have to be delayed again, but only by a further 30 minutes. When it was our time, Archie on the desk was so wonderful and helpful. Our punter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area too. Would definitely recommend this company.
John was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable - about the city and punting in general! Although the seats weren't the most comfortable, it was very roomy and felt almost private as my bf and I had one section of the boat entirely to us (there were only 3 others with us).

Tours leave from the pontoon next to our Jesus Green Moorings. You’ll find the Bookings Desk on the boardwalk next to La Mimosa. From the Quayside, the meeting point is just 2 minutes along the boardwalk. Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before the tour start time to allow for boarding.
