Take a culinary adventure that spans 3 fine dining restaurants in Calgary. Enjoy each course at a different restaurant and learn about the significance of each location on the way.

As always, begin with the appetizer: hear a short history of the building before the appetizer is served, followed by a history of appetizers. Whet your appetite with the first course designed to tease your palate and provide anticipation of the rest of the meal.  

After the appetizer, board the van and travel to the second location for your entrée. Along the way, you’ll be given a history of the next location where a special entrée has been prepared for you. Always a surprise, the entrées are carefully prepared, accommodating any dietary restrictions.  

Following the entrée, board the van again and head to the final course of your meal—the desert. Learn about the history of the location while you anticipate a final topper to a delightful culinary evening. Follow your dessert with a coffee or tea to round out the evening.
