This tour was AMAZING! I really wanted something a little different where we'd be able to move around and see plenty with a guide that'd be knowledgeable enough to explain things - think of it like a montessouri for adults. Julio is very scholarly and is extremely knowledgeable of the area's history. His son Lucas was also very aware of the art in the area and enthusiastically shared some gems in Valparaiso. If you're looking for a genuine experience with experienced locals, look no further. They customize according to your interests without talking at you and intently answer any questions you have. I wouldn't have been able to cover the area on my own the way they managed in a day. Also, don't hesitate to ask for recommendations; every single one of the restaurant recommendations we asked for were delicious. Since we had a short stay due to work, we'll definitely be back looking for them.

We had Lucas as our guide and his brother Mattias as our driver. Both worked seamlessly together. We had an amazing day visiting the fish market at Valparaiso, seeing sea lions and being in the thick of things. Both Lucas and Mattias were knowledgeable and affable and a source of great stories and much fun. The sights, sounds and tastes of Valparaiso will be lasting memories for us. We were nearly put off coming due to bloggers and news describing the downturn in Valpo since COVID and the recent fire (way out of where you would visit) but with the reassurance of our excellent guides, we did go and were so glad we did. So, thank you Mattias and Lucas, it felt more like friends and family showing us around.

We had an amazing day! GoPinguin is a small, but very professional company, and you really get value for money! The visit in the harbour of Valparaiso was such a surprise, and, of course visiting pinguin Island was amazing, with lots of humboldt-pinguins. We had a wonderful lunch, just next to a paraglider-place, it was cheap and amazing! On our way home, we stoppede at the sanddunes and had a hard, but fun time sandboarding and enjoing the view.

Our guide, Lucas is very professional and knows Valparaiso inside out. He will check if we have any must-see places to make sure we have the most memorable trip. We enjoyed the tour and the seafood lunch with seaview. Lucas is also very helpful. We have difficulty contacting our next hotel. He contacted them after the trip and made all the necessary arrangements. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed it a lot, Juan De Dios, the guide, was super attentive to the entire group and shared a lot about the history. An unforgettable experience
