This was such a nice experience. I especially loved the tea factory, which had a beautiful garden and I learned how black, white and green tea come from the same plant. I was the only participant that day and Andrea, my guide, really went above and beyond to make it a special day even though it was foggy around Furnas and the hot springs in the garden there where out for maintenance. She showed me lots of great spots, was very nice to talk to and also gave me space and time to explore on my own. It was such a nice day.

This tour was amazing. The guide was very nice, informative, professional and fun in the same time. We saw a lot of things around the island and even some spots that weren’t in the itinerary. Transportation was really good and in time. It’s a really good tour to see as much as possible when you don’t have a car. And the value for money is amazing. Highly recommended!

Diogo was a super personable, friendly and professional tour guide. He answered many of my questions and seemed to be very passionate about his job. He told me a lot about the places and always showed tact in dealing with his guests. Be it in terms of departures or taking into account the personal time needed for a visit. It was an honor and a pleasure :)

What a great adventure for a day that the weather changed constantly. Andrea was excellent and we were lucky to have her all to ourselves. Her English was perfect and her love and enthusiasm for this island definitely was contagious.
