What to Expect
We will pick-up you from your hotel in Cairo by air_condatin Van to the Pharaonic Village in El Giza, Cairo.
Egypt is a land of wonders, offerning both ancient temples and monuments and natural beauty. Today, you'll spend a half day experiencing the magic in a perfectly family friendly environment designed for you to get to know this culturally rich land. We'll sail down the canals that circuit through the island, immerse ourselves in Egypt's ancient history, and even visit a perfect replica of King Tutankhamun's tomb!
We'll begin in the Pharaonic Village, where history comes alive before your very eyes. It brings the everyday bustle of ancient Egypt to life with numerous activities and services designed to enliven the imagination and make your trip enjoyable.
From the village you can sail down the Nile in a Nefertari Yacht. Along the way, we'll learn about the ancient tradition of boat building as well as about other daily activities like brick building, carpentry and masonry. Your guide will share interesting facts about ancient Egypt during this hour-long tour. You can purchase meals and snacks on the boat, and even rent the entire 75-person vessel for your special event. Departures are several times a day, including a night cruise.
After your sail, enjoy photo shoots in Cleopatra's studio, lunch in the park, or visit the Children's Amusement Park or Art Center, where you and your child can learn the art of pottery, painting and making papers. Just like the ancient Egyptians, you'll be making your own paper and writing in hieroglyphs in no time!
