Get picked up from your hotel in Hurghada at around 2 AM and transfer to Cairo in an air-conditioned van.

Upon arrival in Cairo, meet your Egyptologist tour guide and go first to the world-famous Giza Plateau. Admire the beauty of the Great Pyramid of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, along with the other two pyramids. 

Explore the mysterious Great Sphinx, the old pharaoh’s father of terror, and the Valley Temple before lunch at one of the best restaurants.

We enjoyed our tour in general, the program is great with a small group (I think that might be why this is more expensive than the other similar activity provided by other provider). The drivers are very nice, and the explanation of the guide is also good. We've watched the main things we would like to feel: the pyramid, camel ride, mummy. However, there are still some minor flaws: (1) There is no snacks and drinks when we move back to hurghada. (-0.1) (2) The lunch is really not as what is described in getyourguide: "one of the best restaurant" (I thought this might be also one of reason that this program is a little bit expensive). (-0.2) (3) Why were we taken to two local stores (to sale perfume and painting) which are not schduled in the description of the program? (-0.4) Therefore I would like to rate only 4.3 stars.

Es war ein anstrengender ( gut 20 Stunden), aber sehr schöner und erlebnisreicher Ausflug. Wir waren nur 4 Teilnehmer, so dass wir eine individuelle Tour genießen konnten. Wir fuhren nicht in dem "luxuriösen Bus", sondern in einem Kleinbus, in dem es kein "Mineralwasser, Saft, Tee, Kaffee und Sandwiches während der Fahrt mit dem Bus" gab, deshalb gibt es hier Abzug in der Bewertung.

Wir haben das erste Mal über getyourguide.de gebucht und waren, sind begeistert. Es hat Alles super geklappt. Nur der "VIP Bus auf der Hintour zu kalt. Im Februar sollte man die Klimaanlage doch auf 20° stellen. Wir hatten gefühlt 10° im Bus und mit der Zeit war es unerträglich kalt. Auf der Rückfahrt war es Gottseidank wärmer im Bus.
