Reception upon exiting the plane was great. Transport was fine--nothing fancy but it did the job. I would highly recommend the immigration assistance if arriving into one of the main terminals. The immigration assistance could be really helpful if having to deal with multiple, large plane arrivals at once. But next time I'll wait to see which terminal I fly into. This is because I flew from Madinah, Saudi Arabia into Terminal S, a very small, seasonal terminal, and really, there wasn't anyone in front of me in the passport control line. So, I probably could have skipped the extra price for immigration assistance. The best thing was that the company communicated with me throughout, and they were exactly where they said they would be, when they would be.
