It was very tranquil. Lovely to be out on the water for an hour. We sort of went back and forth across the river rather than up and down it which might have been better. However, since feluccas run on wind power and have sails we were limited due to bridges and that. Still a lovely experience.

We (5 adults) had a wonderful boat driver and we really enjoyed our 2 hour ride. He took his time and made sure we were in the right areas for sunset and the beautiful fountain. This was a perfect way to enjoy our last evening in Cairo. Transportation to and from the boat ride was perfect and on time. Driver was kind and helpful too.
