We had an issue with not being able to get our ticket due to not being able to access our email. The attendants at the port location went above and beyond to help us get the necessary QR code so we could enjoy the tour. KUDOS - to a great staff interaction!

Wenn durch die Demos am 1. Mai mir vorher bekannt gewesen wäre, dass zwischen ca. 13:00 und 17:00 Uhr keine Fahrten stattfinden (können), hätte ich direkt einen anderen Tag gewählt! Am Nationalfeiertag (02.05.) waren fast alle Geschäfte geschlossen... hätte unter diesen Umständen zwei andere Tage gewählt! Bitte vorab auf solche zeitlichen Einschränkungen hinweisen!

We were on the open top bus in February and the weather was still good enough. We did a full circuit from the southern end of the beach then got off at stop 1 to explore the old town on foot. Most of the town is pedestrianised which limits the access for the bus but the bus can get you fairly close to most points of interest. This limits the sightseeing which can be done without disembarking but I feel this was reflected in the very reasonable price
