There was no bike tour, just rental of very old and uncomfortable bicycles? I had my own bicycle with me, so half of my voucher was completely useless to me?! :/ I was told that maybe there would be a tour in the afternoon for me. I received a call in the evening saying I could join another tourn happening the following morning. I didn't go as would need to travel another 1.5 to 2 hours each way to get there. Also was feeling sore and sad from the day before. Surfing; instructors were great, friendly and useful tips, nice beach. Too many people trying to surf at once was worried about hitting the children who were surfing too. Surf school was very dirty with no working sink or shower inside, smelt bad! Really aggressive rude owner/lead man shouting in Spanish at me mostly- No changing rooms or safe locked place to keep your belongings-Deffo no as advertised!!!

Terrible as in ‘service’. We thought we booked an activity that included a guided bicycle tour of two hours and two hours surfing with an instructor. Seemed to be only bicycle rent then cycle to the surf school. Surfing was great! Great people, great instructor, all very helpful. The activity started at 10.30 at the bicycle shop, but there was nobody there (went for coffee), i phoned, nobody answered. Ten minutes too late we started the ‘activity’. It turned out we had the bicycles for the whole day which we didn’t understand. So we brought the bicycles back at 14.30, shop was closed. Phoned several times the landline, to ask where to leave the key, but no answer. Maybe my fault as I read later in another review from a few years ago which said the same about thinking it was a guided tour. So the information should mention just bicycle rent for the whole day and surf with an instructor. Also a mobile number in case you need help is necessary. Just very overpriced for what you get!

Good value for money and really nice and friendly people.
