We couldn't have enjoyed this experience more . . . Carolina was our Host / Chef for the day, and she was wonderful. After some shopping for ingredients, she took our group to her Mama's home for the cooking class. From the fresh ingredients, homemade margaritas, tortillas, salsa & chicken mole were created and enjoyed by all. It felt like we were invited into a friend's home cook, drink, eat and enjoy great company. Thanks for giving us an experience that was the highlight of our trip!

We were pleasantly surprised how fun our cooking class was. Carolina our chef was awesome and helped us cook the most delicious lunch including salsas, guac, chili rellenos, fresh tortillas and steak. I even enjoyed our bougainvillea infused margaritas (and I don't like tequila). From the car ride in a convertible VW bug, shopping at the market, quick stop at a bakery and cooking at the chef's sweet mama's house. The whole day was perfect!

Chef Izzi was absolutely fantastic, as was our entire time together in this class. I would recommend this to anyone headed to Cabo and looking to appreciate a more personal, culturally significant experience. Everything we made was so delicious and it was really enlightening from end-to-end. So glad I did this.
