The activity is great. Tour guide was great. I recommend confirming with the tour company directly after you book and confirm your pickup location. They ended up coming directly to the airbnb instead of the designated pick up area chosen on this app. Only thing is that the contact info here was outdated and didn't work. Had to do some Google diving and finally found the working number by clicking the contact us now button on their webpage..since the number listed on Google didn't work. Reached out to this app's customer service and didn't get any help or response. 😐. Also, it lists that you have the option of doing 7 or 12.. would've done 12, but we only did 6 or 7 I think. 12 wasn't an option.

This is a not to be missed event! We learned not about Dominican culture and the waterfall... breathtaking. One of best activities we've ever done. The buffet following the tour, was one of best meals we had. Delicious! Our guide was exceptional! Don't pass on purchasing the picture package. Thank you so much for an unforgettable day!

This tour was great. They picked me up at my hotel lobby which was very convenient! The two hours of snorkel time was amazing. We did stop a a cigar factory which wasn't mentioned in the original itinerary. The bus needed to be a bit bigger. I felt like I was sitting on my neighbor. The driver and guide were both great.

Franklin was our guide was awesome! Took lots pictures of everyone on the tour and the beautiful sights below the surface. Lots of time to snorkel and see the underwater beauty. 2 locations, and if you got tired, like me, just pop back in the boat and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Our driver was on time and extremely friendly and courteous. He provided local knowledge and advice on culture, things to do and things to avoid.
