At the Top was a great experience. Murillo gave a detailed description of the hotel and how it was built. The staff on 254 were excellent, as well. They gave individualized attention, provided me with drinks and snacks, and told me about all the buildings I could see outside the windows. They even took pictures of me to add to my memories. Floor 148 has an observation deck, and you can see just how far the bottom is. If you're afraid of heights, you can stay inside and enjoy the view from there. Their is plenty of seating on the upper levels. The gift shop on 124 had lots of souvenir items, and it is a plus that the Burj Khalifa is attached to the mall. I suggest giving yourself an extra hour or two to look through the mall. It is huge!! I got a little lost in there and couldn't find my way to the level the driver was on. If you get hungry while shopping, it isn't a problem; there are plenty of free samples that will be offered to you. Great experience overall!!

Amazing Trip....Beautiful stunning views ...We went to the top 148 floor and then we did some shopping at 125 floor. We bought 2 gold plated khanzars and we were served by team member named kashish sharma and there were only one pair left but she went out of box and helped us to head us to ground floor for another pair . Beautiful atmosphere at the top .

We went up Burj at 9pm slot and it was an amazing experience! The queue was limited and it was a small group who were in the waiting lounge and in the lift. The view from the top was magnificent, especially when you feel the air on your face at the open deck. Ability to have a drink while admiring the view from the lounge and spending some quite time was something that I would take back...overall a fantastic experience for someone visiting Dubai for the first time and highly recommended!
