To busy on floor 124 the viewing platform the day we went but the views are fantastic. Very well organised. The meal was excellent good value for the price! Staff very attentive and pleasant! Good views of the Fountains I would recommend this experience but maybe go midweek as the weekends are to busy 3 very happy ladies

I would have given the experience 5 stars, but the Level 24 experience took away points. It was crowded and stuffy as dusk is the best time and there were so many people. The attendants were nice, but there was no one to advise the flow of our visit or bothered to read our tickets. We were sent directly to dinner after standing in a long line only to find out that the view from the top was to come first. We had to go back downstairs and stand in line all over again. By the time we sat down to dinner, we had been there almost 3 hours. However, the staff at the Birj club were top notch and very accommodating. We were a party of 8 and everyone loved their food. The portion size was great and we all were full. I recommend the penne bolognese, caprese salad and chocolate cake. The staff also advised where to take the best pictures. I would definitely recommend the experience, but would advise going at an hour that’s not popular.

We had such a good evening was able to go up to the 125 level before our selected time which meant that we were able to see the view before sunset and stay there until the sun had set and all the building lights had turned on . Went to level 124 as well and then headed to level 3 for the three course dinner which the food was delicious and the restaurant had the view above the foundations
