loved the customer service people at the ticket desk - Rashid and Dom made our experience 120% better than it could have been after seeing the horrendous queues that snaked through the Dubai Mall. Next time I will buy my ticket direct from the Burj rather than through an agent because having to pick up ANOTHER ticket from the desk was ridiculous - the Burj should just be able to scan. Thankfully, Burj staff helped us when the overwhelming queues caused us to miss our booking even after an hour of waiting (your ticket recommends 15 minutes before appointment, so that recommendation was totally inadequate). Our party arrived an hour before. Food at the Burj was excellent, with a view to match!111
The view was great and the food was excellent, but I suggest to improve the entrance process, I took the time to view the sunset but we spent 1:10 minutes to get the elevator.

Meet at Burj Khalifa LG floor (lower ground), immediately on the left side of the official entry to the Burj Khalifa building named 'At the Top'. Collect your tickets before your intended visit time at the "At the Top, Burj Khalifa" counter, located on the lower ground level in The Dubai Mall, opposite the food court. Please note that the "At the Top, Burj Khalifa counter", Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are all part of the same complex. By Car: Burj Khalifa is located near the 1st interchange along Sheikh Zayed Road. Take the 1st interchange and proceed along Financial Centre Road (formerly Doha Street). The approach road to The Dubai Mall will be on the right-hand side. By Metro: Burj Khalifa can be reached via Metro at Burj Khalifa Metro station. Please note it can take up to 20 minutes walking from the Metro station to reach the At the Top counter.

Know before you go
- Please note that the timeslot you select is the time you will visit Burj Khalifa Observation deck.
- If you select a time slot to access between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, you'll have lunch after the visit to Burj Khalifa level 124 and 125; if you select a time slot between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM to access, you'll have dinner after the visit to the deck
- After your visit to Level 124 of the Burj Khalifa, you will have a 3-course meal in the Burj Club restaurant. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the Burj Khalifa overlooking the Dubai Fountains.
- Infants (aged 0-3 years old) are entitled to complimentary access to the venue. However, there will be no food & beverage provisions given
