Everything except the Hammetschwand restaurant was ok. Self-service is the order of the day there, which I can understand. I think it's ok to clean up. But the guests are asked to clean the tables themselves, which I find unreasonable, especially since there are no cleaning materials available. The staff should do a tour to see that everything is OK. There was also a notice: "Toilets closed". Better communication would be great!

It was a very beautiful day. The guide was ok, but was knowledgeable about the unguided portion. Didn’t have restaurant or places of interest suggestions. Didn’t really give a sense of what to do during that time. Some descriptions were a bit difficult to understand.
