The tour was one of our highlights in Buffalo. Marc, our guide, took our group along very well and entertained us with his musical accompaniment (ukulele). He conveyed the story of his discovery of Buffalo chicken wings very well. The places we visited were also really great (and the chicken wings are simply delicious). The bike tour itself had something to it too. We explored Buffalo by bike - you should discover new cities by bike more often. A warning: you really need to be safe on your bike, otherwise it will be very cramped. Otherwise it was perfect - 5 stars for an unforgettable tour.
My brother had an issue with his visa entry in Canada but John our shuttle driver did not leave us. He was there and patienty waiting for us while my brother was having an interview in immigration. When my brother was denied he took us back to buffalo, to the hotel where we are going to stay in US side. Thank you, John for all your help. In the end we still enjoy our stay in falls.
Despite small problems caused by the lightning at night, our tour guide managed everything perfectly. It was a very nice day and our mum (82) had a lot of fun. An unforgettable day for all of us. Thank you very much.
John our driver sent me a text as we landed, was on time and helpful and gave us a little info as we drove. Customs was easy and fast. The company is very reliable.
The tour was fantastic! Marc was so knowledgeable about the Buffalo history and we loved the electric bikes. This is a must do!!!
