The previous negative reviews are a bit misleading. It is OK. The company is friendly and speaks English. The information: booking 24 or 48 hours is a bit confusing. One could assume that the pass is valid for 2 or 4 days, because the bus only runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Better they wrote 1/2 days. But you don't need more than 2 days anyway!

I bought it online and it was really worth it. We know everything.

There are not enough buses. The stops are difficult to see if you want to get on. Hardly anyone speaks or understands basic English. Wearing a mouth and nose protector will not be checked. Children traveling with you can run around and shout, you can hardly understand the announcements. It is best to take the first bus from 09:30 a.m.
