The previous negative reviews are a bit misleading. It is OK. The company is friendly and speaks English. The information: booking 24 or 48 hours is a bit confusing. One could assume that the pass is valid for 2 or 4 days, because the bus only runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Better they wrote 1/2 days. But you don't need more than 2 days anyway!

We enjoyed the ride. A wrong pick up spot was posted online…we were lucky to find a correct pick up.
