What to Expect
Start your cycling tour in Budapest at Wesselényi Street, riding past Dohány synagogue, along Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Boulevard, and on to Margaret Island, the Aquincum, and Szentendre.
On this 6-hour program, your 20-kilometer cycling route follows the Danube River.
When you reach the old town of Szentendre your guide will take you through the central district, where you’ll visit local galleries and churches. Stops at 2 interesting museums are included: the Museum of Micro Miniatures and the Marzipan Museum.
Enjoy a picnic or regular lunch in Szentendre before riding back on dedicated bike paths. Optionally, you can take a local train back to Budapest (ticket not included in the tour price).
