What to Expect
Visit the quaint village Szentendre, situated on the banks of Danube River at the foot of the Pilis Hills. On this 4-hour private trip from Budapest you’ll have a chance to explore the narrow streets of this Baroque settlement, built on medieval ruins.
Walk along the picturesque riverbank and enjoy the charming atmosphere of the village, which has provided inspiration for many artists. Enjoy a stroll along cobblestoned streets and browse the numerous small shops that sell local handicrafts and souvenirs.
There are more than 20 museums here, including the Margit Kovács Ceramic Museum and the Confectionery Art Museum, and Skanzen, a village-like ethnographic museum, is located in the outskirts of Szentendre. Entrance fees to the various museums are not included in the tour price.

Know Before You Go
It is possible to return to Budapest by boat during the summer for an additional EUR 9.00 per person. Boat service is available from 01 May through to 28 September, except on Mondays.
Please note that there is no boat service during floods or when the river level is low.
