Lake Balaton & Cruise

Terrible experience. We are ordered English-speaking tour guide but gets nice old lady with some english and most of the group were speaking Spanish. She spoke Spanish to them. Very limited information were given. We weren't informed by company that will not be English-speaking tour guide. Was sewer rain and wind. In the last moment we didn't get any choices as to continue with this group. When we arrived to Lake Balaton, the 99% restaurants were closed and most of the stores too. It was a ghost city. We were put on the boat in sewer rain without seeing anything and were taking around the lake. On the boat we realized that our tour guide not with us. Nobody were providing any information. We were just stacked in the boat by ourselves without any visibility!!!!! Thisl is a fold of travel company who must organize properly tour or cancel before. They knew what weather's will be, the winter speed they're new too and greed, disrespect to the customers, lack of customers service prevail!!

Great day. Bus to the lake, boat ride and then some free time for lunch and the promenade. On to the lovely village of Tihany and a stop of for paddling/swimming before returning to Budapest. Would recommend.
