This 9-hour tour from Budapest takes you on a discovery of Herend and Lake Balaton. You first head to Herend, where you will visit the world’s largest porcelain manufacture, founded in 1826. After a guided tour through the rooms you'll be treated to a coffee and can choose to go shopping. Next you will drive to Lake Balaton, the largest freshwater lake in Central Europe, and see the abbey founded in 1055 on the Tihany Peninsula. After a lunch break and some leisure time you'll go to Balatonfüred, home to the oldest spa in Hungary, where you can walk along the famous promenade. At the end of the tour you'll return to Budapest.
