Our guide Petra gave a detailed history of Hungarian Jews and a very respectful account of the holocaust and the horrific attricoties experienced by hundreds of thousands Jewish people. There wasn't a huge amount of walking involved so don't be put off by the title 2 hour walking tour. It's very manageable for all abilities

An interesting hike with knowledgeable and pleasant guide Petra. The museum was informative and interesting. However, there was a lot of information and some time for questions from the group. The synagogue, Raoul Wallenberg's place and the Tree of Life were places where the guide told about the heritage the Jewish Hungarians carry. A walk through parts of the Jewish area gave more space to ask questions and talk about questions that arose during the walk. Very interesting and rewarding activity!

Very good tour, with a guide who knew the subject well. The jarring note was the transfer. They ordered a taxi to be picked up at the hotel and dropped off at the synagogue, without any explanation or information, almost two hours before the synagogue opened. The guide only arrived about 20 minutes before and in the meantime, I was alone and idly. I recommend the tour but not the transfer. Better to go directly to meet at the appointed time.
