We booked a transfer bus for 6:00 am one day before our departure to pick up us from the hotel to the airport. Even i had a message from the company for a time change (at 6:15 am) ,the bus driver came at 6:00 am and that was perfect for us because we were even earlier to the airport without stress. The driver was really nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this service especially if the flights are really early in the morning. Moreover i have to say that the respondig from the customer service (via email for questions) were fast and helpful .

After we book our time for collection , the airline changed our flight time making it an hour earlier, we contacted get your guide they come back straight away with the new time . The Van was clean , drive was helpful but most importantly the van was on time . I would fully recommend this service Thank you very much

Well arranged. Check in from the plane at the minbud counter. You will then receive a ticket. max. Wait 10 minutes, your minibus number will appear on the screen. You walk to that van and are dropped off at the door. Driver was an old man with bad English. Didn't tell anything on the way... Didn't drive well either. Hence not 5 stars.
