Great cruise covering area from south end of Margaret Bridge to MUPA building. Some queueing to get on but well organised with reps on quayside, departed just after 7pm as it was going dusk, passing Parliament at dusk then back during darkness (early Sep). Stopped at Batthyány tér pier opposite Parliament for anyone wanting to get off. Some commentary on what we were passing in English, cost just over £10 each for a little over an hour, absolute bargain. Recommend getting there about 30 min in advance to get choice of seat. There was a bar but we didn't use it. Seats upstairs under cover but with open sides.

Unfortunately we took the cruise on a rainy evening. In spite of this, the spectacle to which one can witness sailing on the Danube and passing under the illuminated bridges with both the Buda and Pest sides also illuminated is truly wonderful and evocative. I did not give 5 stars because of the reception staff who were not kind and helpful to a tourist who paid for a ticket.

Great value for money, but the boarding after waiting in line is a bit iffy. We happened to be there first (30m in advance) so se got some of the best seats, but this was random. If you are the last person boarded, you will probably have a bad seat or stand. Not sure how this can be fixed, but we all paid the same amount to be on the boat and nobody tells you that sitting in line 30m before the boarding time actually gets you better seats by power of getting on the boat first.
