Budapest: Light Art Museum Admission Ticket

I wouldn’t say this is the most amazing museum I’ve ever been to, but it was good I think tik tok has overhyped it a little bit so don’t go in with majorly high expectations and you’ll probably enjoy it more The interactive parts were really good and we had a lot of fun playing around with the exhibits - my personal favourite was as a group playing with the spike screen - the pictures from it are amazing. There’s also a bit where you have to be patient because it looks like a plain white room but there’s actually Xbox connects and you become a shadow blob on the wall and can dance around and stuff (careful noones watching, I ended up with a giggly crowd behind me I didn’t know). Also where white because there’s a neon bit and if you have blonde hair, white teeth, are wearing make up like highlighter or anything white it shows up, mine and my sisters hair was green and it made our make up orange so in pictures we looks like oompa lumpas which was great for our memory pictures haha!

I’m so happy I was able to go here on my last night in Budapest. The artworks were lovely and some were more interactive than others. It’s not that big so you can easily do a quick visit in half an hour, and I recommend that you go at night! It’s also super cool that it’s housed in what looks like an old city market.

Unser Besuch im Lichtmuseum war großartig. Man kann viel Neues lernen, fantastische Fotos machen und die Zeit in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre genießen. Die Ausstellungen sind informativ und interaktiv, was den Besuch sehr spannend macht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und empfehlen das Museum wärmstens weiter. Ein absolutes Highlight!
