Good value for money, we bought the 72 hour pass, there were 6 of us. Staff friendly, we used it to get around the city, ie got on at the Basilica and got off at heroes square. We did the whole route on the first day to get some understanding of the various stops. The boat trip was great, very relaxing, we didn’t bother with the commentary, we just enjoyed the view. We forgot to get our tickets validated, but it wasn’t a problem as the lady on the bus walked me over to the office.

We bought a 24-hour pass, which we wish we'd bought a 48 hour so we didn't have to do everything in one day but that was our choice! Walking tour with Greg was brilliant, very honest, knowledgeable and made the walk very enjoyable. We then decided to get on the bus and see what sites we had to see and then we got off at City which is a beautiful site in itself and all the landmarks around it! We'd decided in the morning we were going to do the river cruise around 5pm to be able to watch the sun down, which was beautiful. This part of the experience we weren't as happy with; very cold on board the boat (after walking through a very warm boat to get to it) and all the aux cables for the Earphones weren't working so a lot of people had their phones on loud. Overall though definitely worth the difference you'd pay for it without the walking and river cruise tours.

As you can read in previous comments, the German-speaking guide was spoken very quickly on the bus. But you get a good overview of the city and can visit interesting things independently at any time. Unfortunately, we had a rainy day and it would have been great if the front windshield on the top floor of the bus had a wiper. We had a very interesting tour (but only in English) and the boat tour was also very nice. Unfortunately, our speaker on the boat was broken - but you could hear a tour with WIFI. All in all is good value for money.
