This food tour was a lot of fun and I would highly recommend. Anna, our guide, was super friendly and so knowledgeable about food and the city. You also get to visit a bunch of different places and try so many different foods, some walking around the market and others in a more casual restaurant setting. You really get a sense for the culture of Budapest throughout the tour. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone who loves food and wants a cultural experience

Very informative tour with a very nice guide (Annika). You can taste a lot, from unique schnapps at the beginning, langos, different types of salami in the market hall to lunch in a typical local restaurant. Then there was coffee and various cakes in a coffee house and finally a tasting of 3 Hungarian wines. It is best to come to this tour very hungry! Clear recommendation!

Great walking/eating/drinking tour in Budapest

Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this 4 hour tour with Barbra. It started in the Central market with a shot (medicinal we were told) of Unicom and then continued with a tour and tastes from various booths in the Central Market building. After the market we went to a chocolate shop, a local restaurant where we sampled more dishes than we could count while standing up at an outside table with the locals, followed by a coffee/dessert cafe and then finishing with a wine tasting. Warning: Do not eat before starting this tour!!!
